Prayers for wisdom please Trying to decide how to treat for now There is an...
Join two forums on Yahoo....Lymstrategies(Salt/C protocol) and Lyme_and_Rife(Rife and MMS) Both treatments inexpensive. BOTH forums helpful.
Have you looked into live bee venom therapy? There was a post on here, yesterday, about it.
Praying for healing ..
I'm juicing atm & getting raindrop done by my husband .. we got the oils to do it ourselves to save money .. I might look into Rife myself ..
I haven't checked into that yet. Do you know if it is safe for people with mold illness? Adding another biotoxin into my already overwhelmingly toxic body concerns me.
Xxxxxxx Yzzzzzz There are others doing BVT who are following Shoemaker's protocol. Obviously, as you are fully aware, it does not eliminate your need to continue with mold treatment and need to be out of exposure.Debbie Harrell Surrett
That's good to know, thanks. I'll look it up.
Thank you, Sara for the links. Great to learn by sharing!
prayers that you're guided for what's best for you!
Gluten free, dairy free, sugar free diet. Eat mostly vegetables, fruit, and clean meat. Limit red meat. Eat organic if possible. Avoid high glycemic fruits. Limit bread, even if it's gluten free. It just converts to sugar in the body. There are good grains you can eat to get full. Quinoa is one. Limit the amount of honey or agave or whatever you eat for sweetener and eat it only after you've eaten protein first. Take tons of vitamin C.. (1000-4000mg). Echinacea, and vitamin D are also good for immune support. Get lots of good sleep. If you can't sleep get sleeping pills. Sleep is essential for healing. I was given Trazadone to help me stay asleep and Klotopin to put me to sleep. Do as much physical activity as you can handle without feeling bad or being drained the next day.. Listen to your body. Turmeric and omega 3's (fish oil/flax oil) will reduce inflammation. Be sure to take plenty of Magnesium Malate if your levels are low. You should get your blood drawn and have a full panel done to check for vitamin deficiencies. This should be covered by insurance. Be sure to include Magnesium in the blood work. Also, have them check your white blood cell count. This will let you know how healthy your immune system is. No stress if possible. Prayer, meditation and Yoga helps. Take baths with 3 cups of Epsom salt in them as often as possible to detox and to soak up more magnesium. Soak for 30 minutes to an hour or whatever is comfortable for you. You might want to check for H. Pylori if you are having stomach issues. Or even if you are not having stomach issues. You could still have it and not be experiencing symptoms yet, which could be dragging down your immune system. And not just a standard blood test, but a stood test. Blood tests are not accurate. I tested negative for the blood test and then positive for the stool test. Your PCP will be able to treat you for that and insurance will most likely cover it. That's my 2 cents. This is information I've gathered from various books by LLMD's, from my LLMD, and from my very understanding and Lyme informed PCP. Hang in there! Hold on to hope. I'm praying for each and every one of you. Please pray for me too. <3
Make sure you have a detox protocol in placd or it csn make you worse.
Look into cd/mms its cheap and effective. Grp is cdhealth on fb
Wow Paul, thanks so much for taking the time to share all of that! I'm already doing most of what you mentioned, especially about the diet. I had a great LLMD before who got me on the right track a year or two ago, but we moved and I'm starting to go down hill some. Some good reminders in what you said, thanks! Thanks for praying too, will pray for you!
Praying the Lord will guide you.
