If you really want to know, get to a naturopath who can do a mediator release test. For me, any kind of dairy is awful... most nuts/seeds are as well. Almonds seem to be alright without the skins.
I do okay with blanched almonds, walnuts, unsweetened almond milk but currently no dairy. I also can eat blueberries, strawberries and meat. And leafy greens and other non-starchy veggies. I'm slowly introducing new foods. I hope sugar and dairy will make their way back in, but I don't think they will. But yay for less pain.
Try no sugar at all see if helps
Xxxxxxx Yzzzzzz - I'm currently no sugar- just introduced blueberries and strawberries back in and so far so good.
Xxxxxxx Yzzzzzz try no fruit sugar for two weeks see if helps. That's what it took me nsd and no sugar
10 years with AS and other Auto-Immune issues (off all meds now) and I do fine with goat keifer, nuts and seeds. I also agree with the no sugar advice.
Okay, does that mean I'll have to eat the things I want to test before I do the test? Is it like an allergy test? I have also been doing fine with almonds so far, and also chia seeds I think.
It's like an allergy test.
Thank you guys! But when you say sugar do you then mean all kinds of carbs? Because I couldn't imagine myself living completely without carbs, I have even heard that glucose is the only fuel for the brain. So far raisins have been my savior.
Okay thank you! Does goat kefir work better than other goat dairy for you? Like does the fact that it is kefir make it better? Don't know much about kefirs... :)
Okay I see, thank you! I'll look it up! :)
