I have the point pain and OA and Fibro. I did gluten free for about 2 months and felt better but didn't stay in it because of cost and family wouldn't do it with me. The only other thing I have found that takes the edge off of pain is fish oil. Many of us with our pain have intestinal issues as well so gel caps don't like to break down in the digestive system as they should so I researched and found GNC has orange packets of fish oil. Doesn't taste bad and helps with joint pain. When I don't take it, I can most certainly tell because it feels like someone beat me up.

Over the few years I've been diagnosed with fibro, OA and degenetive disk disease I've read things that anything containing tomatoes can be an inflammatory. Turmeric is supposed to be good though.
